To simplify the terrain in a mogul run a helpful concept to use is that of a black and white graphical diagram ... where if you stare at the white part of the image you see one image ... and when you stare at the black part of the image you see yet another image. Here is the famous Rubin's Vase-Face Illusion, which illustrates the concept:

Note that if your eyes focus on the white color you see a completely different image than when you focus on the black color. The same "multiple views of one image" concept allows you to view a mogul run from different perspectives.
Looking at a mogul run from one aspect can produce confidence and a clear understanding of how to ski the run in full control. Looking at the mogul run from a different aspect might produce concern and high anxiety. Let's use this concept as a tool to become more comfortable with moguls.
